![]() ![]() Once that is done, the certified copy of your document and the certified translation are permanently attached together, along with our notarial certificate and this is known as a notarized translation. If your document also needs to be translated, we will have a certified translator prepare an official translation. We can make numerous copies, and will often charge a reduced fee for greater volume. This procedure creates a certified true copy, also known as a notarized copy. We then apply our stamp, signature and gold seal. Typically, we will photocopy your original document and certify that the photocopy is a true and correct copy of the original document. You can bring in your own copies to save time, especially if you want colour copies, but you must always have the original.
